About Us

Who are we?
Antonis Loizou & Associates is a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors, established 1980. The firm is the largest and most diversified firm of Chartered Surveyors in Cyprus. With 72 staff consisting of valuers, civil engineers, architects, sales and support staff working from 7 offices in towns and resorts across the island. It can be said that the firm is the largest professional real estate office in the eastern Mediterranean, including Greece.

The firm’s portfolio of services includes the valuation of real estate of all kinds for capital assessment, sales & acquisitions, taxation issues etc. As well as being a registered and licensed estate agent with sales activity in Cyprus and abroad, we act extensively on behalf of a number of clients as project managers for building development projects. In addition, we regularly act as consultants to the Cyprus Government and Local Municipalities and our annual research and market publications are well regarded in industry.

How will it work?
The Real Estate Auction Service will be run from a dedicated office in Chloraka, Paphos. Auctions will be held in all towns across Cyprus at given dates and simultaneously shown in the UK at the London office of Strettons, thus giving maximum exposure.

All lots included in our auctions will be carefully selected based on:

  • The price against market value

  • The situation of title and ability to transfer ownership

  • Availability of valuation/structural report

  • The legal position regarding any existence of encumbrance or impediments

Every effort will be made to ensure that buyers are not faced with unforeseen obstructions to sale. Selected properties for auction will be included in our auction catalogue which will be available well in advance of the auction date, normally around 6 weeks before, so interested parties will have plenty of time to inspect the properties and seek legal advice. The properties will also be exhibited on our web-site and our Chloraka Office. The auction date will be advertised in the U.K. and the local press. Interested buyers will be encouraged to view the property, to enable them to form a full opinion on what they will be bidding for. Our auction team will be able to provide the information for interested parties to view.
