THE PROJECT
The project comprises
33
apartments developed on the hill overlooking
Protaras beach, situated next to Ayios
Elias Holiday Village, approximately 1.5kms
away from the beach.
THE CONCEPT
This two storey development, comprises two
and three-bedroom apartments on one level.
Access to the vertical floors is from external
concreted staircases. The project includes common and private gardens, which will be
planted by the developer and private parking for
all units.
THE
LOCATION
The project forms part of a family
orientated estate, away from the noise of the
seaside region, with no through traffic, next to
public parks and offering the sports (swimming
pools and tennis courts) entertainment
facilities and restaurants of the tourist
village, including shops and children's care.
Located on the foothill of Ayios Elias church,
with its spectacular rocks, it offers, in part,
excellent views towards the coastal sea.
ACCOMMODATION
All units provide fully fitted kitchen
(equipment provided at discounted rates upon
request), private bathroom, fitted wardrobes,
private parking space, spacious pergola,
covered verandahs etc. Specific units also have
a private storeroom, while others have a private
garden at either the front of the apartment or
the back or on both sides.
ARCHITECTURE
The architecture is based on original Cypriot
designs, with flat roofs at various levels for
aesthetic purposes. Other interesting
architectural features include walkways and
arches. The predominant colour is white, with
several earth tones providing a decorative
touch.
SPECIFICATIONS
The project's construction specifications are
described in detail in the brochure and with the
aim to ensure privacy. Measures include sound
insulation in the floors, double insulated
common walls between adjacent units, double
glazing, TV and telephone lines, as well as
provision for air-conditioning. Furthermore, all
construction is in accordance with anti-earthquake principles and local regulations
to provide maximum safety.
GARDENS
The common gardens will be planted with mature
trees and the walkways will be made of colourful
pattern concrete or similar material. Specially
designed lampposts and other features enhance
the overall quality and atmosphere of the
development.
