Business lecture on international real estate development

Pavlos Loizou of Antonis Loizou & Associates is a visiting lecturer at the University of Reading, teaching international real estate development at the University’s modular master’s course in Real Estate.

In March (9/3/09) Mr Loizou gave his second lecture focusing on the complexities of property development overseas by presenting an analysis of property development case studies to final year MSc students. Mr Loizou, who is a graduate of Reading & Cambridge Universities, offers his own UK, Eastern European and Cyprus experiences to the finalists.
