Antonis Loizou & Associates are an international firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in Cyprus (7), Russia (1), and Romania (1). We have 75 members of staff including valuers, sales agents, economists, etc.

The company was set-up in 1980 and has been active in the Romanian market for more than a year. Through our local network we have established excellent relationships with landowners, developers, finance houses, banks, and other agents.

Our clients include a select number of UK, German, and Irish investment funds who are actively looking to invest in the Romanian market. We also have a number of banks and financial institutions who require regular mortgage valuations and feasibility studies.

2.0 Job description

• Take personal initiative to build contacts with banks and finance houses, and set-up and develop the professional services service line.

• Carry out valuations for finance houses, banks, and individuals for mortgage purposes.

• Analyze feasibility studies for new developments and proposed projects.

• Aid in the development of the company by promoting the company through presentations, client meetings, and networking.

3.0 Essential skills

• Member of the RICS or ANEVAR

• Experience in property valuation (ideally commercial)

• >3 years experience

• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

• Confident in presenting to clients and tackling their questions/requirements.
