Another service provided by the firm is the provision of information through the publication of articles (approximately 300 articles per year in Greek and English) and other educational material, which seek to expand the reader's knowledge on property matters in general. The service is extended to the firm's steady clients and also includes lectures and seminars, which analyze changes in legislation, case studies and aspects of the Cyprus property market.

Such lectures are initiated either by ourselves and are related to general subjects or by interested groups/organizations and companies and relate to specific subjects. This service, which is provided free of charge, is surprisingly popular to many people interested in the property field, as well as to laymen.

In addition to the above, the firm has published a series of articles and studies in the local press and journals which cover topics ranging from general property matters, international property developments and their anticipated impact on the market of Cyprus, a step-by-step guide how to achieve fair part-exchange deals and advice on the proper procedure, the peculiarities of having one's own structure built etc. We give approximately 8-12 lectures every year; we publish approximately 130 articles per year and publish one real estate informative booklet every year.

For the last four years we have published 420 articles in the Greek and English press, we have given 30 lectures for financial institutions and 20 seminars for property and property related companies, 3 lectures to political parties and have published 3 booklets relating to "House Acquisition", "Estate Agents" and "Offshore + Property". Have taken part in debates on TV and Radio with regard to matters with a strong public opinion such as, "Zoning Regulations", the "Akamas Peninsular Park" as well as the prospects of Cyprus Property in the years ahead and especially with the EU membership of Cyprus.
