The firm deals extensively in the section of sales/estate agency. We feel that we can claim that we are the largest estate agent in the island covering mainly up-market nature of property, related to residential, business, holiday homes, and commercial/industrial projects. In this context our clients include a number of embassies, offshore companies, financial institutions and Municipalities, as well as public listed companies, individuals etc.

With our six offices covering all towns, we can provide property to suit all budgets and requirements. If we do not have a particular product in our books, we can try to secure it through extra effort and our associates.

Our activities have been extended in the international market and our effort is focused on the sale abroad of holiday and retirement homes in Cyprus. The firm participates regularly (approximately 10 times p.a.) in international exhibitions held in most European capitals.

We have associated firms in the U.K., Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Norway, Israel, Yugoslavia, Greece, the Arab States and our aim is to expand in most E.U. capitals in order to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. Our activities and results have attracted the Cyprus Government attention, which partly subsidizes most of our foreign activities.

Our experience in large-scale disposals and commercial projects qualify us to advice clients on promotion and sales campaigns of their own. Unfortunately, there is no professional advertising agency in Cyprus, which specializes in property promotion, and the lack of data and feedback information is most frustrating. The use of statistical information and inquiries/purchases classification is virtually non-existent for most developers/agents and constant efforts are made in persuading sales agents to keep such records.

Thus, this Office attempts some form of analysis of sales patterns but the local market is so imperfect that it requires extensive and long time recordings.
