Paralimni Dias is a small scale, self contained residential project situated within Paralimni village within the eastern development area of Cyprus. The site forms part of a residential development area and it is surrounded by houses. It is located at a locality known as Kapparis, situated between the village itself, approximately 1km from the village square and the sandy beach 1,5 kms away.
