| WALLS |
External walls will be constructed with 25cm and internal partition with 10cm thick high quality hollow clay blocks. |

| PLASTERING |
Internal surfaces will be plastered and painted with three coats of emulsion paint. External surfaces will be plastered and painted with three coats of Sandex paint. |

| CEILINGS |
Ceilings will be of fair face concrete finish, covered with light texture plastic coating. |

| FLOORS |
Internally, all the floors and verandahs will be covered with ceramic floor tiles value of Cy.Pounds 6/sq.m. |

| DOORS & WINDOWS |
All external windows and doors will be made of aluminium. Main entrance solid wood painted with oil paint. Internal doorson timber frame will be semisolid flush doors MDF, beech veneer. All aluminium doors and windows will be double glazing with provision for shutters. |

| CUPBOARDS |
Doors will be painted with plastic paint or varnish. Internal partitions will be of melamine finish. |
|
KITCHEN BENCHES & CUPBOARDS |
Partitions will be of melamine finish, doors of beech veneer. Kitchen work-top will be of ready-made vinyl finish with imitation granite worktop and stainless steel sink.
