The development Green Valley Gardens is located in the small village of
Prodromi is 1 km from Polis (almost merged into the town) and close to the sea.
The village has a taverna or two (one serving excellent chicken on a spit),
grocery stores, butcher and fishmonger and is an excellent base from which to

- The structure will be of reinforced concrete according to the construction
drawings, the Cyprus concrete code design and the Cyprus seismic design rules
and regulations. Concrete strength C-30 for basement and load bearing walls
and all columns. C-25 for slabs and beams.
- All roof slabs and exposed verandahs will be thermally insulated with 5cm
thick extruded polystyrene foam boards and 4mm asphalt membrane for water
insulation.
- High grade chrome or stainless steel sanitary fittings have been used in
the bathrooms and kitchen to withstand the coastal location atmosphere
- Provision for future installation of satellite dish
