- Metal railings will be protected with one layer of undercoat and three
coats of highly weather-resistant oil paint.
- The structure will be of reinforced concrete according to the construction
drawings, the Cyprus concrete code design and the Cyprus seismic design rules
and regulations. Concrete strength C-30 for basement and load bearing walls
and all columns. C-25 for slabs and beams.
- All roof slabs and exposed verandahs will be thermally insulated with 5cm
thick extruded polystyrene foam boards and 4mm membrane for water insulation.
- High grade chrome or stainless steel sanitary fittings have been used in
the bathrooms and kitchen to withstand the coastal location atmosphere
- Provision for future installation of satellite dish
- Wardrobes and kitchen units of imported Italian design
