GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Floors: The entrance hall, living, dining areas and staircase are paved with ceramic tiles.The verandas, basements and sundecks are paved also with ceramic tiles. Bedrooms and corridors of 1st floor have laminated parquet or ceramic floor. Drive way and other external ground areas are paved with pattern concrete.

  • Doors & Windows: Entrance doors are constructed with a hardwood frame and solid wood (IROQO). All internal doors are of softwood frame, while kitchen external doors are of coloured aluminium and partially glazed. External doors and windows are of coloured aluminium with double glazed.

  • Wardrobes & Kitchen Cupboards: Kitchens have granite worktops. The kitchen and laundry cupboards and benches are built with white melamine-faced 18mm chipboards with doors of imported chipboard faced with plastic imitation oak or beech-veneer.

  • Sanitary Ware: Imported high quality sanitary ware is installed with complete matching accessories. Kitchens are fitted with stainless steel sinks. Washbasin tops are made of granite with wooden under-counter cupboards.

  • Electrical Installations: Installation of TV antennas (ordinary & satellite) TV points are provided in the living area and all bedrooms Provision for internet line in living room Provision for security alarm system. Provision for sound points in the living room.
