THE

Protamare villas are just one
hour from Larnaca International Airport on the
Southeast coast of the island while the renowned
tourist resort of Ayia Napa lies 8 kilometres to

The entrance hall, living, dining areas and
staircase are paved with ceramic tiles.The
verandas, basements and sundecks are paved also
with ceramic tiles. Bedrooms and corridors of
1st floor have laminated parquet or ceramic
floor. Drive way and other external ground areas
are paved with pattern concrete.

Entrance doors are constructed with a hardwood
frame and solid wood (IROQO). All internal doors
are of softwood frame, while kitchen external
doors are of coloured aluminium and partially

laundry cupboards and benches are built with
white melamine-faced 18mm chipboards with doors
of imported chipboard faced with plastic
